Auckland (Tāmaki Makaurau) is our North Island hub, and an excellent place for you to start your JUCY adventure.
Our branch is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Auckland Airport (AKL), or 30 mins from the city if you’ve already started your trip.
The biggest city in New Zealand, Auckland is a hive of activity, beaches, culture, and over 50 volcanoes!
From here, travel north to the beautiful Bay of Islands, or south to Taupō, Coromandel, or Taranaki. Or head all the way to Wellington and catch the car ferry to the South Island for a one-way roadie, ending in either Christchurch or Queenstown.

Step 1
Get off the plane, stretch your legs, and smell the incredible Auckland air for the first time!
Step 2
Collect your bags and call us to request your free JUCY shuttle ride.
Step 3
Auckland Airport - International Terminal: Head out Door 8 and cross the road to follow the signs for offsite shuttle pick up (approx. 5min walk).
Auckland Airport - Domestic Terminal: Head out Door 7/8 (by Jetstar check in desk) and cross to the other side of the lanes.

It’s super important that you check in online before arriving at the branch – so click here if you haven’t done this already! Then it’s time for the fun bit – your vehicle show-through! We’ll give you the grand tour of your new home-on-wheels and reveal a few hidden JUCY secrets along the way.

PICK-UP HOURS
Please swing by at least an hour before closing – that’s by3 pm each day.
Heads up: after-hours pick-up is on pause for now.

Vehicle drop off
Awww, is it really goodbye? Okay, let’s make it quick (before we get emotional).
Cruise back to 9 Richard Pearse Drive, Māngere, Auckland. We recommend dropping off your JUCY campervan or motorhome at least 45 minutes before you need to be at the airport.
Fuel up!If you forgot, no stress, there’s a Waitomo gas station on Richard Pearse Drive for a fast top-up.
Next, grab all your stuff. Trust us: check under seats, behind cushions, and in the fridge. Don’t forget your sunnies, togs, or that sneaky single sandal. And yep, we’d love it if you could toss your rubbish too.
Don’t forget to take one last selfie with your ride before you say goodbye! For the mems!
Then, hand your keys to our friendly JUCY crew, and you’re good to go! Jump on our free shuttle to the airport, and we’ll do our best not to cry as we wave you off.
All returns must be during office hours: no after-hours drop-offs.
