Does it get any easier than this? After grabbing your luggage, we’ll shuttle you to our handy Queenstown branch, only ten minutes away. Follow these instructions:
- Request your free shuttle bus ride by calling 0800 399 736. There’s a free phone available to call us. Follow the phone instructions for Queenstown, when you hear the prompt.
- Exit the airport and walk to the shuttle meeting point. It’s at the shuttle/car rental pick up zone, in front of the Jetstar check-in area.
- You can’t miss our green and purple shuttle bus van and the beaming smiles of our friendly JUCY drivers.
- The last shuttle bus to pick up from the airport is at 330pm
If you’re dropping off your JUCY rental car, you can hop on the next shuttle bus heading to Queenstown Airport. The last shuttle to the airport departs at 345pm, also.
We’re so close to Queenstown Airport that picking up your JUCY rental car is as easy as picking up a pack of Tim Tams at a gas station (trust us, NZ makes Tim Tam binging effortless). Heading in from downtown? You’ll need to make your own way to us. The cheapest route is to travel on Bus #11 from outside 30 Camp Street and then pick up the free JUCY shuttle bus from the airport. Alternatively, a cab is around $30. It’s only a 10-minute drive but allow some buffer time in case the traffic picks up.
After-Hours pick-up is unavailable until further notice.
When returning your vehicle, drive to 52 Grant Road in Franktown, only a few minutes from Queenstown Airport. You can’t miss our brightly coloured branch! Easy!
Check the following before you hand your keys to our friendly crew:
- Have you filled the petrol tank? The nearest station is BP Connect Queenstown, Cnr State Highway 6 and Frankton Road.
- Clear our any rubbish and remove your belongings.
- Bid your wheels goodbye and hand the key in at the counter.
Returning after 4:00pm?
- We allow after-hour drop-offs for cars only. Drive to 52 Grant Road in Frankton and follow the signage on where to park your vehicle.
- Clear out anything from the vehicle that is not ours – your luggage, rubbish, even that hat you nearly lost three times on the mountain.
- Lock the car and leave the key in the signposted key drop box inside the green shed.
